First and foremost, we’d like to thank all those that have visited our site over the years. We hope you’ve gained some knowledge that helped you in some way shape or form. It’s the continued visits that becomes the reasoning for why we’ve been keeping the website up. Our goal is to help other senior pet owners like ourselves, with a little experience in dealing with the same problem. It seems that may be what’s happening because we continue to get visitors.
The site will be getting an overhaul. We’re still going to be supporting rescue organizations and advocating for certain animal’s causes. No changes there, but the appearance and activity level here is on the uptick. We’ve had several directions we’ve tried going with little to no activity on the website front from our end. We will be taking a direction that is more geared for senior pets here at the site.
As senior pet owners ourselves of several senior pets, there’s not always a lot of time to maintain an informational website. We do apologize but it’s forced us to look at what we’re trying to do here and maybe adjust it to meet our schedule and focus on what we’re trying to do. The thinking is that at least SOME new content is better than NO new content.
Taking the website to a direction aimed at senior pets seems like a natural thing for us because we’ve got enough of them and we’ve got considerable experience over the years taking care of them. We’d just like to share the issues we’ve had over the years with our senior pets in hopes that someone might have a similar issue and may take some insight on what direction to go with their animal.
There’s going to be some structural changes with how we post and list the articles and we’d like to update the bio’s for the pets we’ve had in our family over the years. There will be some navigational changes with easier redirection. This hopefully will have the effect of a more efficient site. We hope.
Thanks for reading !
